Steve Pedulla is the Roger Deakins of gear, and Roger Deakins is the Steve Pedulla of cameras... At least that is what you will be telling yourself after this episode, as that's what I told myself after listening back to it.
Steve is most known for his guitar work in the iconic rock band Thursday, but he has also put out a ton of work from behind the camera on several shows & movies... and much to my surprise, he had put in some time in front of the camera, appearing in some of Danny McBride and David Gordon Green's earliest efforts. We talk about his history in both mediums, the ups and downs of the collaborative process in both, hilarious tour stories, and LOTS of gear-talk.
